Information about me: Im loving and fun to be around , i love to play games and do crafts .I enjoy watching after children and seeing them smile. I have experience watching my niece and nephew since they were born.
Most important aspect of the job: the most important aspect of my job is making sure the kids are safe and happy.
Most rewarding: Being able to play with the kids , i love to play games with little kids and seeing them smile and learning new things.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? When a child is crying and fussing around , I will sit on the floor with them and try to make them laugh and i would just let them cry till they feel the need not to cry anymore , only of course if i cant make them happy . I'm very patient with kids and im good at convincing them them in to eating the food they need to and napping .
