Information about me:	I am 16 years old. I enjoy playing with kids, taking care of them, and babysitting them :) I am a junior in highschool.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect is to gain skills in learning how to baby sit and learn how to teach them because I am planning to become a early childhood teacher.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding would be to make money, so that I can save to buy a car and other things.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	incessant crying: I would use the pacifier, sing, and rock them or if older kids I would distract them with games or toys. Spitting out food: I would pretend like im eating the food so that they can see its good Refuse to take a nap: I would read them a book, or rock them on a chairing chair.
