Information about me:	I am very patient, easy to get along with and a lot of fun. I have been babysitting on my own for 20 years. Before that, I helped my parents take care of the foster children
Most important aspect of the job:	Being a positive role model and having fun while keeping children safe.
Most rewarding:	The biggest reward I get is when the children come and give me hugs when I arrive.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	There are different things I do. Sometimes I rock the children, listen to soft music, and just try help children deal with their frustrations.
