Information about me:	I love working with children and seeing them have fun. I have my bachelor's in Elem Edu and working on my Master's in Spec Edu. I started babysitting when I was 13 yrs old and have worked with children from the ages of birth to 14 yrs old.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is making sure that the children are safe and having fun.
Most rewarding:	What I find the most rewarding about my job is seeing the children's faces light up everytime they discover something new such as figuring out how to bounce a ball or do a flip.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If a child won't quit crying I try to figure out why, because I know there is a reason for it. depending on age and needs that the child has I will check the diaper, offer food, hold and comfort and if it continues longer then 15-20 min call parents to see if they know something I don't unless asked to call before that time limit. If the child is spitting out food I will switch the foods if I just started feeding them or if the child has been eating for awhile and I know that not likeing it is n
