Information about me:	I am 16 year old girl, who is very loving and caring. I go to high school at Tuscarora and always do my best and get good grades. I am very well with kids and enjoy their presence to the full extent. When babysitting I always love to bring little crafts, games and books I think they would enjoy. I have a very fun personality and will be sure to share that with your kids.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect is to always have fun. I love having fun and seeing them smile and have a good time. To make sure they get everything they need to be happy but to also know limits.
Most rewarding:	The feeling of accomplishment that the kids are happy and well taken care of.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Very calmly. Children don't respond well to yelling and screaming. When they cry I always try to make them feel better by telling a funny story, playing a game or turning a movie for distraction. When they refuse to nap its usually because they know your not, so I always lay down with them or just tell them a story till they fall asleep.
