Most rewarding:	I love for kids to learn new things, but also have fun.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Communication is necessary! It's important to understand why these things are happening, and working towards solutions for the problem. Also providing a relaxed enviroment for the child to feel comfortable to not cry and spit out food is also key.
