Information about me:	My name is Ashley. I'm 17 Yrs Old and I love kids very much. I have a lot of experience with kids, I have babysat my little cousins and god brother plenty of time and I'm looking forward to babysitting yours.
Most important aspect of the job:	Keeping the kids live and happy while I'm watching them.
Most rewarding:	Seeing the children smile.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Entertain the child until he/she stops crying, Pretend like I'm eating the food so they'll see that its good, Try to at least fall asleep with them so they can take a nap.
