Information about me: fun to be around,playfull,very clean person,love to be around kids & babys,like to play games, play basketball, im still a kid myself so i watch cartoons,ect.
Most important aspect of the job: keep the kids safe and happy and the parents satisfied and happy.
Most rewarding: helping the parents,playing with the kids erning trust with new poeple,haveing a little brother/sister figure.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? crying..i give a treat .....spitting ouyt food...clean it up and try something els the child might like...refusing to nap..if the take a nap they will get to play a game when the wake up or they get a treat or watch a movie ect...and if they still dont they will be in the corner wile the other kids are sleeping.
