Most important aspect of the job:	Everything I do is important! The care of the children, their welfare. How well I do my job is important to me. Providing safety, security, a fun learning environment to help them grow and learn.
Most rewarding:	I enjoy working with all ages and races. I chose to work with children because I love knowing that I have the ability to teach and impact their lives in such a positive way. I enjoy watching children learn and grow and how they have such a simple approach to life. Lasting friendships!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Always react to any situation with calmness and patience in mind. Situations such as refusal to nap and not eating are common in children. Not all children will sleep during nap time the point is just to simply rest. All kids need rest. When a child doesn't like a certain food that is ok. Just keep introducing the idea and the childs taste may change with time. As far as crying it depends on why...some children just need to cry and get it out. Just be sure to make them feel safe and secure know
