Information about me: I am always on time. I'm fun and outgoing and love being with kids. I have a lot of patience and am good at keeping everyone happy. I can mediate what everyone wants to do so that everyone is having fun. I'm very creative and have been babysitting for a long time.
Most important aspect of the job: Being able to get things done that need to be but still having fun.
Most rewarding: The feeling of knowing that someone had a good day because of you.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? If you let the children know that they will get something out of it and negotiate with them, it's easier for them to realize that it's not a big deal.
