Information about me:	Hello! Well My name is Caitlyn I am a mature hard working indiviual. I have experience with children of all ages from new born to 16+. In addition I am a mother my daughter is almost five she attend full time school.So, with that being said I can be one-on-one with your child/children. Also, I am a nurse for mentally challneged children for over three years and also I have a lot of experience being a nanny.I am a great house keeper I take pride in all my work in do a great job cleaning! I have a reliable car, I have a clean background, and I am also a non-smoker or drinker I am very patient, fair, responsible and fun to be with. I will make your child/children healthy meals and snacks and keep them safe, happy and entertained. I am experienced with children who have separation anxiety, melt-downs and are transitioning into a new role or are giving up their pacifier or bottle. I am also experienced with children with food allergies and with children who have sensory issues.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure the children are healthly, happy and well taken care of at all times. Showing them the love,effection and attention they deserve!
Most rewarding:	Watching the children grow and learn!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Try to negioate with them as best as possible. example: The child is refusing to nap tell them if they try and attempt to nap they shall be rewarded after thier nap. If the child is crying I would try ever step to see as why they are cry. Check the diaper, see if they are hungry,try and sooth the bath with rocking them or holding them. If all fails try and lay with them or read a story that usually helps!
