Information about me:	Hi I like to think of my self as a kind hearted down to earth compassive lady,I have expericence in babysitting children,and careing for the elders. I have been a live in care giver and part time live in. I enjoy playing card games and cooking. I am just a typical laid back and quite kind of person. I do what i can to help anyone.
Most important aspect of the job:	To make sure that everything is properly done, and to make my supiors know I am realiable
Most rewarding:	That by the end of the day and shift, I can look back on the day and say another good day and blessing has been applied.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I try to calm amd pamper the crying child,and take a 10 second time out,I breathe,and ask my higher power to help with the problem, also sometime I allow the child to just cry it self to sleep or just let it cry,I make sure it isnt sick or have fever or something of this nature to make it being so upset.
