Information about me:	I'm currently an honors student at Normal Community High School. I'm a junior and this is my first year attending Normal. I recently moved from the Suburbs of Chicago and have been in Bloomington for a few months. My hobbies include band, reading, writing, and singing. I enjoy going for walks with my dog and spending time with family and friends.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important part of my job is working to the best of my abilities and making sure everyone feels safe and satisfied.
Most rewarding:	Knowing that I've made someone's day, and making sure parents have as much free time as they need.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	It takes patience to care for a child, in my experience, many children have their own schedules as the when they will and will not sleep. The goal is patience. I would make sure to handle these situations without being mean and rough, and instead patiently influence the children to abide by the rules set for them.
