Information about me:	I am a laid back type of person. I love children. I am also in the tenth grade. I get along with children very well. I know how to babysit.
Most important aspect of the job:	Doing what's right. Also follow the rules that are given from the parent's on how to babysit their child. Babysit the children in proper way.
Most rewarding:	I achieve better when lifted up. I can multitask.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If they are spitting out their food I wouldn't keep on feeding them because that means that they are full. And if they are crying I would check to see what's wrong with them such as: checking there diapers, seeing if they are hungry.
