Information about me:	I am a female, highschool student who loves children. I'm 14 years old. I can cook and teach if needed, I make an average A and B report card.
Most important aspect of the job:	Watching the children I will babysit grow and learn.
Most rewarding:	Knowing I have done something important at such a young age.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I hardly get angry so often I will be patient until the child decides to cooperate. Incessant crying can be dealt with easily, I cheer the child up with a game or a joke. The spitting out of food is easily dealt with as well, simply try again and if the child i not hungry or doesn't like the food, try something else. Refusing to nap is the easiest scenario, read the child a book or put on soothing music and wait until the child is soothed or tired enough to sleep.

Additional Info:	I am great and creative, so the child will never be bored, and I am a strict believer in rules and regulations so any given will be followed to the strictest point. I go to school until 4 o'clock so i wil not be available until 5 or 5:30. Transportation will not be a problem unless you are out of the Blackhawk area.
