Information about me:	i am a 16 year old female,very cool to hang with.i have lot of friends i am in the 11th grade at lake gibson high school.i love to play with little kids and do activites with them and etc.i am very good when it comes to taking care of little children
Most important aspect of the job:	making the children laugh/smile.and hopefully to have a fun time with me
Most rewarding:	seeing the kids come and go happy
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	crying:i can handle it spitting out food: disgusting but i understnd.what i will do is pick it up and throw it away and keep feeding the child. if refuse to nap:then they will have quite time which is either watching t.v or being held in my arms hoping they will fall asleep
