Most rewarding:	Making children laugh, seeing them smile and know they are enjoying themselves.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Trying to find the root of the problem; do they have a wet diaper, are they hungary, tired, etc. I find distraction works well. I get them focused on another activity so they forget their frustration. I also interview parents well to get to know their children better.
