Information about me: I am a high school freshman who loves kids and animals. I volunteer constantly and I have over 800 volunteer hours that I got before I started high school. I got most of them from volunteering at summer camps all day every day for the whole summer and loving it the entire time I was there.
Most important aspect of the job:
Most rewarding: Playing with the kids and keeping them happy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? I try talking them into it first and make it seem like it's their idea/choice. If that doesn't work I try to talk them through why I want/need them to do what they're told. I will punish if needed but I try really hard not to.

Additional Info: I really love watching kids but have none in my family or neighborhood that need to be watched.
