Information about me:	I'm fun loving, sweet, caring, great with kids, a great story teller, i can make just about anyone feel comfortable, i love animals, i have lots of sisters and brothers who i help take care of.
Most important aspect of the job:	to make sure the kids are happy and that the parents are too, that my job is done the way the parent want. My goal is to make every child feel safe and for the parents to feel that there safe in my hands
Most rewarding:	the thing i find most rewarding about my job is that the kids like me and that the parents do as well
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	a child crying is not a problem for me i would find different ways to cheer them up and like make silly faces or tell them a funny story. spitting out food i would just tell the they dont have to eat at that moment and wait until they are hungry to eat or make them something else that is approved my the parents. if a baby is spitting out food i would try to coo the baby to laugh then give them the food again
