Most rewarding:	The smiles, hugs, and love that children share when somebody cares for them
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Thinking moments are for me the best option., good talk facing the problem, for refusing foods there is always an option of a second chioce, and for naps there is always a story time or a quiet play if somebody else is sleeping
