Desired Rate:	15/Hour. Rate is negotiable
Information about me:	I am sixteen years old and a junior in high school. I have been working with children for roughly 4 years; mostly in a daycare center. I have experience with children as young as 12 weeks old, up to the age of about 12 years old. I am CPR certified, and would have no problem tutoring if needed.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is making sure that the kids are happy and safe. Everything else is second priority.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding aspect of my job is knowing that I am able to care for a child well enough that a parent does not need to worry while they are away. I also feel happy knowing that the child is comfortable and happy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I take a deep breath and tell myself that the child is only trying to communicate with me. If the child is able to talk I would try to communicate with them and make them more comfortable. If it is a young child, I would try traditional ways such as giving them a bottle to sooth them. If that doesn't work i would continue to interact with the child until they calm down.
