Information about me:	I am very out going, hard working and respectful. I listen to direction and I follow a schedule if provided. I love working with children. Being the oldest, I have had a lot of experience babysitting kids ages 5 and younger.

How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I remain calm but let the child know I am in charge. I keep my foot down and I do not crack under pressure.
