Information about me:	I am a 21 year old. I love kids, very easy going and like to have fun. Comminication is key!
Most important aspect of the job:	COMMUNICATION! :) I believe the parents need to know what is going on with their kids, but I also need to know so I know what kind of problems I may run into with the kids.
Most rewarding:	The kids and at the end of the day them giving me a hug and saying they can't wait to see me the next day.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Always be patient and if need be walk away for a minute or count to ten and start over. I have worked with a child with ausbergers syndrome and there were days of constant screaming, hitting, spitting, nap refusal, etc and I learned a lot of patience and different techniques to deal with him including whispering when getting his attention, laying down with him.

Additional Info:	I am currently in the Army National Guard and only work one weekend a month. If need be I can provide a schedule with dates and a letter from my commander. I love kids and they always come first in my life. I am always willing to learn with new kids and very open to communication if something is not right.
