Information about me:	I'm 19 years old. I love to be outdoors. I love the summertime. I am a big family person! I want to go back to school and specialize in special education for kids who are autistic. I am passionate about music. I love to make people laugh :)
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is to make sure the person I am providing for is 100% happy, safe, and comfortable.
Most rewarding:	What i find most rewarding about my job is knowing that at the end of the day I have made a difference or helped someone in need. Most of all, if i can make them smile and feel good about themselves, i feel like i have completed my task.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	With the past 2 years working in the field of providing care for others, i have experienced many inappropriate behaviors such as spitting, refusal, and incessant crying. In those situations I usually stay pretty calm. I am an extremely laid back person so i would soothe the child and redirect them to something else for the moment and then retry the task at hand.

Additional Info:	I have had about a year and a half experience working with children and children who have special needs. Working with special needs children is hands down a passion. I currently work with a handicap man from 3pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. I would like to find a position i could withhold in the mornings on weekdays or anytime on the weekends.
