Desired Rate:	80.00/Week. Rate is negotiable
Information about me:	Hello....I provide childcare in my home. We live in the Unity Grove/Locust Grove Middle school district. I provide full/part time, before/after school care, etc. Busses from both UGE and LGMS pick up and drop off children on our street. I have two children of my own that attend Unity Grove & ride the bus to and from school. I provide home cooked meals, activities and a loving, Christian environment. I am a fun loving sitter who will challenge your childs imagination. Full time rate is $80.00 a week. Part time is $40.00 a week. I accept children from 0 - 12 yrs of age. I am flexible with the rate and am willing to work with you. I am able to take your children immediately. References can be provided.
Most important aspect of the job:	Loving and showing love to the children. The little boy I watch now, calls me Mammy as he says "I am like his grandma." Works for me!
Most rewarding:	When a child get's out of their parents care from being away for the weekend and running up the stairs to me saying "Mammy! I missed you!" UGH! My heart just overflows!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I deal with them as I do/did with my own children. Patience, talks, rocking, love, time-out, consquences, etc. If a child sees that you love them and only want the best for them, eventually, they will do what is expected of them.
