Information about me:	I am 15 almost 16 in April. I grew up around children especially infants. I love working with kids and volunteer in a nursery because i love them so much.
Most important aspect of the job:
Most rewarding:	The opportunity to gain more and more experience with children because i love working with them.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I like to play games with kids to get them to feel comfortable with me and sometimes it helps them take naps easier. When a child refuses to eat their food i do not force it upon them i make a game out of it sometimes or let them eat it when they are ready.

Additional Info:	I prefer not to babysit a child who needs any sort of medication administered.
