Information about me:	Hello my name is Maa-Becca Tucker, I'm 17 years young. I have previous experience in working at a family run childcare, voluntarily, for about 3 years. During that time i worked with newborns-10years of age. I was made to cook, and serve food, make-up activites for the kids, watch over them during fieldtrips, change diapers, potty trian, read books, get them ready for nap time, also there was late hours, where i made dinner, and helped with homework. My mother and grandfather are both nurses so if any accidents were to occur i know how to handle them. I'm excellent with babies and those are who i love taking care of, but im also good with adolescents to. I'm available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays afters 3pm, Wednesdays after 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays anytime. Im really flexible and can tutor.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of the job is to make sure the child's safety comes first, then fun later.
Most rewarding:	I find the kids willingness to open up to a stranger and the fun activities i plan, and the smile on a kids face.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If a child misbehaves i'll talk to them a couple times, find other ways to go about the situation, and if they still aren't acting right then its time out time.
