How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	As a sitter, patience has to be the key of everything. You need to find out why the child is behaving like that if it is not usual. You need to pamper the child and make him or her feel comfortable or safe around you. I bet you the baby will stop and let go.

Additional Info:	Ten years ago I was hired on a cold christmas day by this lady who had two boys 3, and 2. At the time she was also pregnant. Two weeks later the baby was born. She told me that all I had to do is to take care of her two children and she will find a sitter for the baby as well. One day, she had an emergency and she had to rush to the hospital with her husband. She stayed there till the following day. I took care of all her children including the new born.
