Information about me:	I am sixteen years old. I play lacrosse, attend school and intern at a bridal store. I spend most of my time around kids. One day a week I babysit a three year old boy. I have three little brothers. I do various babysitting jobs on the weekends. I get good grades and aspire to be a fashion designer.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important part of my job is organization. I keep a planner so I do not double book jobs.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding thing from my job is responsibility. The parents ar trusting that nothing will happen to their kids, and I can prove my responsibilty.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	In caring for children, the best thing to do is step back and stay calm. Let them calm down before trying to force them to do something so you do not make them more upset. Give them time to accept that there is nothing they can do to change the situation without being forceful or mean.
