Information about me:	Well I am actually 10 years old but,don't stop reading cause once you are done then you will now that I am the right one for your kid/kids.I have black hair.I am in 5th grade.I go to Flint Hill Elementary School.I have a mom named Melinda but, I don't live with her I live with my nana Brenda.I have 2 sisters named Jasmine who is six and Savanna who is four.I am in a group at school called aleks it helps advanced kids with math and I love it .Once I took care of a newborn named Jada and i made 30 dollars.I am really good please if you don't believe then give me a chance and I only work on Friday after 5,Saturday all day any time, and Sunday all day any time.I am trying to safe up for my 4-h summer camp at rock eagle it is 300 dollars and I really want to go.
Most important aspect of the job:	What is most important to my job is that I always give my best no matter what.I try my hardest to take care of the kids.I feed them,bath them,play with them give them a nap, everything.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding thing about this job is that I get to watch the adorable kids .I love kids.I really do I just wanna save up .
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Well for the nap I just lay down with them and watch a movie or I give them a bottle or sippie cup and hold them.If older barley pop there hand or call the parents.If they won't stop crying then I hold thgem and rock them.Spitting out food barley pop them on the hand .If older then pop them a little harder or call there parents.
