Information about me:	my name is donna, lived in brooklyn, i,m very warm and easy going respectful and patient, very hard working and is a take charge person, i,m very easy to get along with and is a people person, get to know me will like me.

Most rewarding:	most rewarding abut my job is when i see excellent progress in what i do.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	first you have to be very patient, in frustrations like these you think about what can cause it for instant crying it could be diapper change .. hungry.. or need a nap so i will check all three, spitting of good most time ,,,they dont like or had enough so i will try something different. and for refusing to nap sometimes they have a grip or they not tired .
