Most important aspect of the job:	To see that the care and the up bring of that child or children comes frist
Most rewarding:	Seeing the joy I can bring to a child and they parents
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	For a child that cry alot some times it can be that child needs a nap or just a chang of environment. For spitting food it can be that they dont like it but to be show give them a break and trey again you can also add some fun gams to feeding time. And for nap time allow the some sense of security an a little cuddle and rocking
