Information about me:	i am 13 years old i love kid I babysit for my sister who little girl is now 4 and family i love have fun and play with the kids i have had experienced with any were from new born to 9 years old i am in 8 th grade and i hope to hear from you soon
Most important aspect of the job:	the most importing thing is the kids and if they are safe and having fun
Most rewarding:	be with the kids and having fun and them wanting me to come back again
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	if they were crying i would ask them what wrong and do what i can to help, it they were spitting out there food i ask nicely for them to stop. and if they did not ant to nap i would ask them to lay down and watch a movie with them
