Information about me:	I am 18 years old. Have worked with babies and children most of my life. Love helping people I am also very friendly. Most important aspect of the job:	To care for the children. Help them with school work or give them a bath. To play with the kids and be of a help to them, I will even be there formyour child(ren) if they need someone to talk to or need help with something.
Most rewarding:	Just having fun getting to learn and meet new people. And being able go be seen as a good person.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Try to do the best I can. To keep my cool and help them as much as possible.
