Information about me:	I am a kind and loving 5"3 18 year old collage female who loves children. I have volunteered with the special needs children throughout my middle school and high school years, I have baby sat my younger brother who is now seven years old along with other younger children in my family and i occasionally babysit friends children.
Most important aspect of the job:	To be patient, loving, and most of all the safety of the children
Most rewarding:	Seeing the smiles of the children throughout the day, knowing that they feel safe with you and their unconditional love towards you
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	With patients and love, patients is key to getting them to relax and love is key to getting them to feel secure
