Information about me:	im 15 years old, i adore kids... i have siblings, and i am looking to babysit. my mom is willing to help me so i will have her helping if needed. im in high school, and i am very organized am willing to do housework and make sure your kids have alot of fun. have taken care of little kids in the past.
Most important aspect of the job:	to be able to learn and be with kids
Most rewarding:	being able to be with the kids, and make sure they have fun, while im there
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	i would be very kind and make sure they do what the parents asked from them.
