Information about me: I am a fun energetic individual who love kids. I love to see kids happy. I am enthusiastic about life. I love music and dancing so your kids will be on their toes I also love arts and crafts although. I am only good with stick figures. but get the kids involved in activities. planned.
Most important aspect of the job: Keeping the children happy.
Most rewarding: Seeing the family happy ant the end of the day
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? I find that sometime changing the method as in the time for napping.often helps also trying to change the children"s focus. reading soft music. taking the food away until the child is ready or hungry. I believe that parents and nannies must work together in order to have everyone on the same page .
