Information about me:	I am currently attending Montclair State University. This semester my schedule is very flexible. I am available at nights and if you ever need to a babysitter at the last minute, I will most likely be available! I have had several babysitting jobs. One of those babysitting jobs lasted for two years and there were four children. One was a few months old, the second was 2, the third was in 1st grade and the fourth was in 3rd.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important part of a babysitting job is getting along with the kids because if you do not get along with the kids, they will not want you to come back.
Most rewarding:	I find the most rewarded things about my job is getting on the floor playing board games or watching movies. I love little kids, that is why I loved baby sitting for three other families.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I feel that the best way to care for children is compromising. If a kid is crying compromise with them, that way, you both meet each other half way.
