Desired Rate:	8/Hour. Rate is negotiable
Information about me:	I am a responsible and reliable 15 year old and I am one of my schools honor students. I've watched kids in a Girl Scout Spring Break job and I watch my little sister constantly. I am good with kids and pets.
Most important aspect of the job:	Watching over the kids and making sure that I get the job done (if the parent has certain expectations). Caring for, entertaining and playing with children is also one of my most important aspects.
Most rewarding:	Being able to work with the kids is incredible, whither they are toddlers, kids, or teens.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I would find out the cause of why the child is having frustrations and try to make the problem better, depending on what the problem is.
