Information about me:	I am a 16 year old girl. i am a student at NAHS 11th grade right now. i am a well educated student. i love to play team sports. i am an active person. i can't just be sitting around for hours on end. i love children and taking care of them and playing with them non stop.
Most important aspect of the job:	i dont have a job but it would be to get the work done right, and have fun with it.
Most rewarding:	dont have a job.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I would calm the kid down first talk to him make sure everything is okay. Hold him/her in my arms and let them no that im there for them to hold and care for them. i would clean up any of the mess and just rock them to sleep or the classic a bed time story.
