Information about me: I am a responsible teenager. I am 17 years old and I am graduated highschool. I have a reliable car and a drivers license. I have much experience working with young children and with older children. I can watch up to 5 children at one time.
Most important aspect of the job: My most important aspect of my job is the care and safety of the children I watch.
Most rewarding: I find it most rewarding when I watch the children grow and learn.and also when the parents are happy with my work and the children tell their parents they would like me to watch them again.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? I calmly talk to the children and try to make them happy, and comfort them. I am a very patient person and I am very understanding.
