Information about me:	I am 20 years old and i love kids, I have been working as a nanny for a year. I have taken care of kids from a 7 months old to a 12 year old. Im very patient with kids because they are still in the learning process with there small. I do plan on going to college next year, to go into the medical field but right now I'm trying to make some money to Live and to save up a little for college.
Most important aspect of the job:	To take of the little one and to make sure that he/she is safe but to have fun while doin that.
Most rewarding:	When a little one gives you a big hug and says they missed you, or when you got to get the little one out of the crib and he/she is standing up smiling at you in the morning. Just the little things like that.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	It depends on the age and the family's rules on how they punish there kid or how they make the kid do the right thing. I am very big on getting down to the kids level and trying to talk to him/her but alot of the time, expecially if the kid is very small, it doesn't work. Although, all kids are different I would just have to be patient with the kid and let them know that they are not going to jumP all over me.

Additional Info:	For two years in highschool I was in-rolled in RST (ready set teach) were you learn about how to help kids and there development. Also were you go and observe the kids in there environment at school at different ages and see how the teacher deals with problematic sittuations.
