Information about me:	i am a 14 year old boy lokking for some extra cash to help out my family , i love children and am very responsible and also am a good student in school with grades and behavior wise.
Most important aspect of the job:	taking care of the children and making sure the parents are satisfied with how i am caring for thier children.
Most rewarding:	being around the children .
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	ussaully what i would do is play a game or also whatch a movie or some sort of funn activity which will relax the child.
