Information about me:	I am a sophomore in pickerington high school north. I love kids. I have 2 little sisters and a lit of little cousins. I have 1 family I already babysit 3 kids and a baby. I have a lot of experience with little kids.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure that the kids are safe, do what the parents need done, and let the kids have fun.
Most rewarding:	Having the kids tell me that they like me the most out of their previous baby sitters
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I will try to calm them down if they can't stop crying. If they spit food I I will clean it up and tell them no they can't sit food out. If they refuse to take a nap I will lay them down with me and put calming music on to help them go to sleep.
