Information about me:	I am 15 and very mature for my age. I am home-schooled and have been for years. I babysit my 4 year old brother and have done that his entire life and I babysit my best friends 3 month old who I have taken care of her entire life. I love to play with babies just learning how to laugh, walk, or talk and I also love it when the older ones mispronounce words. It is so adorable.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure that they are safe, having fun, and enjoy having me around.
Most rewarding:	When I make a baby/toddler/child laugh. And teach them something new.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Just work with them and keep thinking of all the grins and giggles.
