Information about me:	I have enjoyed babysitting children of all ages for the past 5 years. I am very outgoing and I love working with children.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of babysitting is keeping the children safe, healthy and happy.
Most rewarding:	I find that the most rewarding aspect of babysitting is having the privilege of being able to bond with the children as you watch them grow and mature.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I have found that the easiest way to stop incessant crying is to distract the child by diverting their attention to something that they would find more interesting.
