Information about me:	Very polite, a freindly people person , love kids etc. Im 16 years old and a sophmore in high school . I keep my grades up and whatever i do in life has to be done PERFECT! Im always on time when i do things , i really hate being late .
Most important aspect of the job:	The child nothing else .But the most important is saftey aslong as im in a safe enviroment the babysitting should be fine.
Most rewarding:	The fun, because you can do your job and have fun at the same time with the child/children . And really just knowing that im making a child happy and giving them comfort.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	when they're crying i talk to them and try to calm them down , also them spitting out food doesnt really get fustrating i just play the airplane trick .Im just really patient and i give them all the time they need when they're doing rebelious behavior.

Additional Info:	Im still a sophmore in high school but this isn't the first time i've babysitted in my life . I've babysitted since i was 11 years old and got paid 20 dollars for 3 three kids.
