Information about me:	Hello I'm Michelle and I'm 20 years old soon to be 21 on april 30 I'm very outgoing and fun to be around at first I'm very shy you just have to peal one layer at a time. I'm great with kids I've had my far shear in taking care of my brother and sister and also my dads colleagues kids, my boyfriends nephew and niece.
Most important aspect of the job:	to keep the parents and kids happy
Most rewarding:	Hearing the BIG thank you after watching their kids and having the parents trust the babysitter.. Its good to convince the parents that they can put their trust in me by watching their kids trust is the most important thing.. you want the parents to know that their kids are in good hands.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	for me its not really that big of a deal ive had to babysit many kids before all types of ages... i just stay calm if im frustrated ill just have to sit down count to 5 and just start from there.. if the child wont stop crying ill usally just hold him/her till they stop but if its an older child ill try to take his attention from crying and put it somewhere else. and if the child spits his/hers food out ill proably try to teach then whats wrong and right but if its a baby theres really no way to

Additional Info:	im a very fun person to be around but if it ever comes down to it ill have to put my foot down.. i come from a family with 4 sisters and 1 brother so im a family person i recently moved out of my house to live with my boyfriend and im looking for a job that ill actually love doing ive always loved to take care of kids thats why when my mom and dad left they would usally pick me to babysit even with 3 older gilrs around... well i guess thats all i can say. thank you and i hope to hear from thoes
