Information about me: I'm from a big family and love children. I was born and raised in San Jose. I have a lot of patience, a good attitude, a kind heart, and a nice personality. I'm a non smoker, non drinker, and I don't do drugs. I have about two years of experience in babysitting.
Most important aspect of the job: The most important aspect of my job is to keep the child safe, teach them things, and interact with them as much as possible.
Most rewarding: It is most rewarding to see the children improve and learn new things.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? I would talk to the child about it and let them know that we don't do those things. If they still persist, I would distract them with a toy or calm them down.
