Information about me:	I am 42-years-old with 2 children ages 17 and 19. I previously worked for OhioHealth doing medical transcription from 2001 to 2012. I also ran childcare through my home for 3 years in which I cared for children ages newborn to 15-years-old. I love working with kids because they are full of energy and want to learn and explore new things. I am dependable, punctual and dedicated.
Most important aspect of the job:	Attention to detail.
Most rewarding:	I loved my job because I learned something new every day but I wanted to have people-to-people contact so therefore I wanted to follow a new career path.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Distraction. I think trying to divert a child's attention until they calm down and are ready to take do what is asked of them. You can get children to respond to you with love and positive attention.
